About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for developing private client relationships, including generation of residential mortgages, other credit facilities, and deposits.
- Acquire clients and network with centers of influence to build relationships by providing superior client service to achieve financial objectives.
- Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and passionate about growing a business in a team environment.
- Build and maintain close relationships with clients and business partners.
- Provide concierge service experience to clients, including responding quickly to client and partner inquiries, providing financial guidance, and developing personalized banking solutions.
- Meet with clients and business partners in-person, virtually, and through other networking opportunities, groups, events, etc.
- Identify potential business opportunities through external referral sources.
- Work well individually and as a team to create strategies and marketing opportunities to help promote the brand.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree, CFP, CTFA a plus
- Minimum 10 years private client/private banking experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to think outside the box
- Specialty product knowledge a plus
- Independent contributor expected to manage own book of business as well as retain and effectively manage clients
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills required
- General computer knowledge a must with prior banking applications experience preferred
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and poses a strong attention to detail
