About the role
- Lead the implementation, fundraising and development of innovative cultural projects to ensure their structuring and long-term sustainability.
- Identify and engage patrons, foundations and public and private partners specialized in cultural and educational activities, aligned with the unit's strategic priorities.
- Monitor calls for projects and funding opportunities.
- Draft funding applications and responses to calls for proposals in coordination with internal teams, ensuring the proposed projects' economic and operational feasibility.
- Support the implementation of projects with internal teams.
- Prepare deliverables and reports requested by partners of the Digital Practices unit.
- Track projects, measure their impact and identify new funding opportunities.
- Promote projects through communication and evaluation tools to ensure their visibility and attractiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in fundraising, philanthropy/patronage and partnership development in the cultural and educational sectors.
- Skills in cultural project engineering and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong proficiency in preparing funding applications and managing calls for proposals.
- Ability to analyze and showcase project impact in line with funders' and partners' expectations.
- Knowledge of the challenges and trends in the cultural and digital sectors.
- Strong communication and representation skills to advocate the unit's vision and activities.
