About the role
- The Systems Analyst, under direct supervision, supports legacy technology systems and maintains the technical infrastructure.
- Provides technical analysis and ensures overall operations and automation.
- Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives.
- Performs analysis of identified legacy applications and business processes/functions.
- Maintains the databases to ensure continued operation of the legacy applications.
- Monitors supported systems ensuring appropriate service levels are being provided.
- Performs system administration to ensure proper configuration and system integrity.
- Supports the maintenance and data extracts of legacy data as requested.
- Provides documentation as required.
Requirements
- 3 years of hands-on experience with the support of LCMC Health’s legacy application systems, programming, and/or system integration support.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science or other related field of study
