About the role
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Lead project teams, facilitating collaboration across departments.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Ensure quality standards and compliance with organizational policies.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in project management or a related role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies or certifications (e.g. PMP certification or Lean Six Sigma certification, Agile, etc.).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet).
- Experience in healthcare/med tech manufacturing, regulatory, or product stewardship (preferred).
- Change management and stakeholder engagement expertise (preferred).
- Data-driven decision-making and analytical thinking (preferred).
- Familiarity with budgeting and task tracking (preferred).
