About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in financial due diligence engagements for private equity groups, family offices, and other investment vehicles
- Prepare final reports
- Perform quality of earnings and related financial analysis
- Monitor data room and ensure all data is within the internal data room
- Analyze income statements and balance sheets
- Communicate and assist engagement leads throughout the diligence process
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor ' s Degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- Masters (preferred)
- Current CPA license (preferred)
- Big 4 or Public accounting or transaction advisory experience (required)
- 2-4 years of direct work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint
