About the role

  • Advising customers on our product range: home savings (Bausparen), mortgage financing, sustainable modernization, and retirement provision
  • Planning financing solutions and selling them to customers
  • Acquiring new customers and actively managing your assigned district
  • Supporting the entire home-savings and financing process and cooperating with local savings banks (Sparkassen)
  • You work as an independent contractor and act autonomously

Requirements

  • Commercial training in banking, real estate, or insurance
  • Alternatively, professional experience in the financial services industry
  • Alternatively, a completed degree or experience from studies in business administration (BWL) or finance
  • Strong sales orientation, preferably with prior experience in customer advisory
  • You are determined and bring a strong commitment to performance
