About the role

  • Advise customers on our products: home savings plans (Bausparen), financing, sustainable modernization/renovation, and retirement provision
  • Plan financing solutions and sell them to customers
  • Acquire new customers and actively manage your assigned territory
  • Support the entire home savings and financing process and cooperate with local savings banks (Sparkassen)
  • You operate as a self-employed contractor and act independently

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or university-level qualifications
  • At least 1.5 years of experience in sales
  • Willingness to obtain the certificate of competence under §34i GewO (legal requirement to broker mortgage loans)
  • Goal-oriented with a strong willingness to learn and perform
  • Optimistic and entrepreneurial in your approach to achieving goals
