About the role
- Advise customers on our products: home savings plans (Bausparen), financing, sustainable modernization/renovation, and retirement provision
- Plan financing solutions and sell them to customers
- Acquire new customers and actively manage your assigned territory
- Support the entire home savings and financing process and cooperate with local savings banks (Sparkassen)
- You operate as a self-employed contractor and act independently
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or university-level qualifications
- At least 1.5 years of experience in sales
- Willingness to obtain the certificate of competence under §34i GewO (legal requirement to broker mortgage loans)
- Goal-oriented with a strong willingness to learn and perform
- Optimistic and entrepreneurial in your approach to achieving goals
