About the role
- Advising on our products: building savings (Bausparen), financing, sustainable renovation, and retirement provision
- Planning financing solutions and selling them to customers
- Acquiring new customers and actively managing your assigned territory
- Supporting the entire building-savings and financing process and cooperating with local Sparkassen (savings banks)
- You operate as a self-employed agent and act independently with responsibility
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or university-level education
- At least 1.5 years of experience in sales
- Willingness to obtain the professional competence certificate under §34i GewO (legal requirement for brokering mortgage loans)
- Determined and highly motivated to learn and perform
- Optimistic and entrepreneurial in your approach to achieving goals
