About the role
- You lead a team, acting as employer, trainer and coach.
- You coordinate all activities to fully leverage the sales potential of our building-savings (Bausparen) and mortgage financing products.
- You manage an established customer base and support clients throughout the entire building-savings and financing process.
Requirements
- You have experience in financial services or the real estate industry.
- You possess commercial knowledge and/or a degree in business administration.
- You are organized, empathetic and communicative.
- You hold a permit pursuant to §34i of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO).
