About the role
- Responsibility for selected areas such as active risk management
- Close collaboration with relevant sales/distribution units domestically and internationally
- Providing expertise in the assessment and preparation of line and business applications/proposals
- Active contribution to the design and implementation of business and product initiatives
- Serving as a point of contact for bank-wide operational matters
- Participation in various risk-management-related projects and project groups
Requirements
- Degree in economics/business administration or equivalent qualification
- Excellent skills in risk analysis of bank and insurance balance sheets
- Excellent knowledge in the analysis and assessment of banking and financial systems
- Several years of experience and extensive expertise in international capital markets business
- In-depth knowledge of capital market products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Highly developed analytical and structured thinking skills
- High level of communication, teamwork, motivation, commitment, flexibility, and a confident manner when dealing with management and clients
- Persuasiveness and decisiveness
- Openness to new developments (digital media and an agile mindset)
