About the role
- Responsible for technical and procedural IT security measures with a focus on vulnerability management
- Design, operation and continuous improvement of pragmatic security mechanisms
- Support and coordination of IT changes
- Subject-matter support for audits and regulatory examinations
- Management of external service providers in the context of vulnerability management
- Definition of policies, processes and work instructions
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, IT Security or a comparable qualification, or equivalent professional training
- More than five years of relevant professional experience in vulnerability management within regulated environments (banks, insurance, KRITIS/critical infrastructure)
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+ or equivalent
- Understanding of IT infrastructures (servers, clients, networks, cloud environments) and their hardening
- Proven experience leading group-wide security initiatives or change projects
- Ability to independently evaluate complex issues and to work on solution-oriented approaches using appropriate methods, including in cross-functional contexts
- Language proficiency: German C1 (business fluent), English B2/C1
