About the role
- Globally responsible for technical decision-making and shaping of security-relevant architecture and technology choices
- Preparation of decision papers suitable for management and the executive board
- Definition, further development and enforcement of security and security-architecture guardrails
- Assessment of new technologies and operating models with respect to security and governance
- Design of scalable, group-wide security target architectures
Requirements
- Many years of in-depth experience in designing and implementing IT security architectures
- Proven experience supporting complex international transformation or large-scale projects
- Excellent understanding of IT operating models, scaling, standardization and cost structures
- Strong analytical skills combined with decisiveness and pragmatism
- Confidence in handling conflicts of objectives between security, business, costs and regulatory requirements
- Cross-corporate thinking with an international outlook
- Stakeholder-appropriate communication and the ability to secure buy-in up to management level
