Security Engineer

• Group-wide development and management of IT security with a focus on SIEM for LBBW
• Group-wide support for IT changes (projects and transformations) with emphasis on security architecture and driving standardized and scalable security solutions while complying with regulatory and operational requirements, including internationally
• Leadership and coordination of (global) IT security projects of high complexity and support for change initiatives with a focus on strategic foresight
• Management of service providers for critical outsourced IT security functions
• Contribution of deep specialist knowledge in core IT security topics and active shaping of cross-functional structures as well as participation in strategic committees
• Creating cross-functional transparency and preparing decision-ready materials for management – focusing on feasibility, governance capability and international requirements
• Acting as a respected point of contact and trusted advisor for operational IT security up to top management level and providing technical or methodological coaching, and potentially technical leadership of a team with homogeneous responsibilities
