About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform startup, commissioning, service, and preventive maintenance on LayerZero equipment: Static transfer switches, Power distribution equipment, Remote power panels
Provide customer support while on site and via email and phone
Maintain timely and detailed service records in the LayerZero system
Provide emergency response for critical incidents

Requirements

What you’ll need

Service experience with electric power systems – Required.
Electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills – Required.
Ability to read diagrams and schematics – Required.
Familiarity with programming printed circuit boards via PC-based programs – Required.
Safety awareness and electrical PPE knowledge – Required.
Electronics or electrical training from military service – Preferred.
Clean driving record – Required.
Associate degree in electrical field – Preferred.
