About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Converting inbound leads into revenue through discovery, demos and strong closing
  • Owning your pipeline across new business, upsell and recycled opportunities
  • Running online demonstrations to help clients get the most from the platform
  • Identifying customer pain points and matching them to the right legal and accounting solutions
  • Hitting and exceeding monthly targets
  • Keeping Salesforce clean and staying accountable to your KPIs
  • Collaborating with Marketing and Product to improve conversion and customer experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Some experience in sales - whether that's B2B, retail, hospitality, or running your own thing
  • Experience with Salesforce, Intercom, or similar CRMs is a bonus
  • A background in SaaS, legaltech, or small business is a bonus
