Bilingual Law Office Representative

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work alongside a close-knit team spread across NC & SC to answer and route calls from injured people.
- Handle fast-paced calls with a high degree of empathy for difficult circumstances.
- Be the first voice people hear when they call, potentially handing them their check at the end of their case.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Customer service, call center, or sales skills. (1-3+ years of related experience is a plus.)
- Strong computer/typing ability (data entry, Microsoft Word, and Excel).
- Excellent time-management, communication, and attention-to-detail.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish), preferred but not required.
- Available for an 8hr shift between the hours of 8am-6pm, M-F.
