Key responsibilities & impact

Work alongside a close-knit team spread across NC & SC to answer and route calls from injured people.
Handle fast-paced calls with a high degree of empathy for difficult circumstances.
Be the first voice people hear when they call, potentially handing them their check at the end of their case.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Customer service, call center, or sales skills. (1-3+ years of related experience is a plus.)
Strong computer/typing ability (data entry, Microsoft Word, and Excel).
Excellent time-management, communication, and attention-to-detail.
Bilingual (English/Spanish), preferred but not required.
Available for an 8hr shift between the hours of 8am-6pm, M-F.
