Bilingual Call Center Representative
Law Offices of James Scott FarrinCall Center Representative assisting injured people through phone inquiries. Collaborating with a supportive team and providing a compassionate customer service experience.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- In this important role, you will work alongside a close-knit team spread across NC & SC to answer and route calls from injured people.
- It’s fast-paced, and requires a high degree of empathy as many callers are facing very difficult circumstances.
- You’ll often be the first voice people hear when they call, and you may be the last person they meet, as you hand them their check at the end of their case.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Customer service, call center, or sales skills. (1-3+ years of related experience is a plus.)
- Strong computer/typing ability (data entry, Microsoft Word, and Excel).
- Excellent time-management, communication, and attention-to-detail.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish), required.
- Available for an 8hr shift between the hours of 8am-6pm, M-F
