- Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure lead conversion rates, identify trends, and implement strategies for continuous improvement
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience in a law firm or services industry is highly preferred
- Strong background in customer relationship management
- Proven negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Clio)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Adaptable to changing market conditions and quick to learn new products and techniques
