About the role
- Proactively manage family law cases from beginning to end
- Assist clients throughout the litigation process and provide expert strategies
- Provide superior customer service including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews
- Conduct hearings, mediations, and consults
- Make improvement recommendations to practice managers
- Manage performance metrics to track accomplishments and client satisfaction via practice quality software
Requirements
- Two or more years of practicing family law in Texas (five or more years preferred)
- Valid Texas bar license for a minimum of 2 years
- Solid research and writing skills
- Passion for conducting hearings and being in the courtroom; handling mediations and consults
- Energetic and motivated
- Highly organized
- Knowledge of TxDoc and Clio or similar drafting/client management software
- MS Office or Google Suite proficiency
- Drafting of correspondence, pleadings, and discovery
