About the role

  • Technical point of contact for our customers
  • Support customers during product commissioning and setup
  • Serve as the interface between customers and our development team
  • Provide technical support to our sales department and technical marketing
  • Conduct technical training and customer seminars and prepare the required documentation and materials

Requirements

  • Degree in electrical engineering, technical computer science (computer engineering), or equivalent technical qualification required
  • Development experience in embedded software, preferably in C/C++
  • Microcontroller knowledge (ARM, TriCore, PowerPC, ...)
  • Knowledge of at least one scripting language (Python, Ruby)
  • Experience with debugging systems is a plus
  • Good and confident communication skills in German and English
  • Willingness to travel within Germany and neighboring countries is desirable
