About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create working and presentation drawings for dealer/production purposes
- Use custom Latham Panel Software built within AutoCAD software
- Ensure criteria is met for each drawing/design based on customer needs and preferences
- Identifying compliance concerns in accordance with ANSI/APSP/ICC-5 and ISPSC
- Correct product types used on drawing
- Upload files to the Pool Kit Configurator for entry (panel specific)
- Responsible for accessing electronic Request Center Design queue, identify and assign appropriate orders and complete assignment
- Post upload of completed design package, submit to Quality Review
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Post-secondary diploma or university degree in a related field preferred
- Experience in design or a related field; previous experience in swimming pool industry an asset
- Proficient in current AutoCAD/CAD software
- Strong math, data-entry, customer service, interpersonal, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
