About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create working and presentation drawings for dealer/production purposes
Use custom Latham Panel Software built within AutoCAD software
Ensure criteria is met for each drawing/design based on customer needs and preferences
Identifying compliance concerns in accordance with ANSI/APSP/ICC-5 and ISPSC
Correct product types used on drawing
Upload files to the Pool Kit Configurator for entry (panel specific)
Responsible for accessing electronic Request Center Design queue, identify and assign appropriate orders and complete assignment
Post upload of completed design package, submit to Quality Review
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent required
Post-secondary diploma or university degree in a related field preferred
Experience in design or a related field; previous experience in swimming pool industry an asset
Proficient in current AutoCAD/CAD software
Strong math, data-entry, customer service, interpersonal, time management, and multi-tasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail, positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work under pressure
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
