• Atlassian Suite Administration (Jira & Confluence): Administer and maintain our Atlassian environment, including user management, permissions, and project configurations. Customize Jira workflows, schemes, fields, and screens to meet the evolving needs of our business teams (e.g., Engineering, Product, Operations). Create and manage Confluence spaces, templates, and permissions to foster effective knowledge sharing. Manage and evaluate marketplace apps and integrations to extend the functionality of the Atlassian suite. Perform routine system maintenance, including upgrades and performance tuning.
• Google Workspace Administration: Manage all aspects of our Google Workspace environment, including user accounts, groups, and organizational units (OUs). Administer core services such as Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Meet, and Groups. Implement and enforce security best practices, including managing sharing settings, device policies, and access controls. Troubleshoot issues related to email delivery, file sharing, and application access. Manage and monitor Google Drive storage and data retention policies.
• Slack Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for our Slack workspace. Manage user accounts, channels, user groups, and workspace settings. Oversee the integration of third-party applications and custom bots to enhance productivity. Ensure compliance with our communication and data security policies within Slack. Promote best practices for effective communication and collaboration in a digital workspace.
