About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Critically analyze current processes to identify bottlenecks, design improvements, and transform complex workflows into functional, scalable routines
Translate product evolutions into operational processes
Perform maintenance and development of pipelines in HubSpot
Create and maintain the internal documentation hub
Support implementation of new automations and workflows
Monitor adoption of suggested processes and collect feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need

Genuine interest in understanding, analyzing, and improving processes
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as PDCA, Kaizen, Lean, or similar
Ability to analyze metrics and translate data into practical improvement actions
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel
Experience updating and managing internal documentation of processes, flows, and operational guides
Familiarity with documentation and collaboration tools (Google Docs, Notion, or similar)
Ability to use Figma to create and maintain process flows and diagrams
Knowledge of HubSpot for organizing and maintaining pipelines
Attention to product updates, with the ability to translate changes into clear processes
