About the role
- Deliver high-quality UI/UX solutions quickly and effectively, from initial concepts to polished designs.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, dashboards, and high-fidelity mockups for complex digital systems.
- Design adaptive, scalable interfaces that meet both business and user needs.
- Contribute to and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across projects.
- Collaborate directly with international stakeholders, product managers, developers, and analysts.
- Communicate design decisions clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay proactive, organized, and responsible in managing your workload and deadlines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial experience in Product / UI / UX design, with a strong track record of end-to-end product work (ideally 3+ shipped products).
- Expert proficiency in Figma: components, variants, variables, auto-layout, libraries, interactive prototyping, and developer handoff.
- Proven experience building, governing, or scaling design systems and UI component libraries.
- Demonstrable examples of data visualization/dashboards and complex UI (enterprise/telecom/IT/defense domains are a strong plus).
- Strong UX fundamentals: information architecture, interaction design, accessibility, and responsive/adaptive design.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to present and justify design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-organized, proactive, able to deliver high-quality output at pace.
- English B2+.
- Availability: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00–19:00 (UA time).
- Nice-to-have: Experience mentoring other designers or contributing to design operations.
- Nice-to-have: Background in regulated or security-sensitive products (gov/defense).
