• Maintain and continuously improve HR processes (onboarding, adaptation, performance reviews, development, transfers, and offboarding)
• Support and advise project managers and team leads on people-related matters
• Coordinate internal educational and development programs
• Develop and update HR policies, documentation, and internal communication
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and feedback collection
• Monitor job satisfaction (one-on-one meetings) and proactively suggest improvements
• Participate in HR projects related to culture development and process optimization
