About the role
- Maintain and continuously improve HR processes (onboarding, adaptation, performance reviews, development, transfers, and offboarding)
- Support and advise project managers and team leads on people-related matters
- Coordinate internal educational and development programs
- Develop and update HR policies, documentation, and internal communication
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and feedback collection
- Monitor job satisfaction (one-on-one meetings) and proactively suggest improvements
- Participate in HR projects related to culture development and process optimization
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR (HR Generalist, People Partner, or similar role)
- Understanding of HR processes and best practices in IT or service companies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with genuine care for people and business outcomes
- Proactive approach and ability to implement improvement ideas
- Responsible and organized, with strong attention to detail
- Team player with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Upper-Intermediate English (nice to have)
