About the role
- Drive self-serve growth
- In partnership with Dev Rel and Product Marketing understand our ICP and build campaigns and programs to grow our user base
- Act as the marketing owner for the self-serve business, driving top-of-funnel acquisition
- Optimize website performance and conversion rates using data to inform prioritization
- Identify which organic and paid channels to invest in based on performance and ROI
- Partner with Product Growth as necessary on in-app growth and experimentation
- Establish the foundations of growth at Laravel, including processes, artifacts, and best practices.
- Hire and mentor future marketing team members as the company grows.
Requirements
- 5+ years prior marketing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple moving pieces across campaigns and projects
- Be able to leverage data to proactively identify opportunities and drive impactful results
- Proficiency in Hubspot, or similar CRM
- Knowledge of cloud-based architectures in one or more technical domains (e.g. Analytics, Developer Tools, Compute, Databases, Generative AI, Observability, Security, etc.
