About the role
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone and email
- Prepare personalized quotations and advise clients on suitable courses (in collaboration with our Academic Advisor)
- Negotiate payments and follow up with prospective clients
- Generate new sales and meet targets through re-bookings, referrals, and excellent client relationships
- Maintain detailed records of communications and transactions
Requirements
- Fluent in spoken and written English and French
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales (preferably in education, training, or customer service)
- Excellent phone manner, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Confident PC user (Microsoft Office, Internet tools, CRM systems)
- Customer-focused attitude with a positive, problem-solving mindset
- Team player with a flexible and proactive approach.
