About the role
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone and email.
- Prepare personalized quotations and advise clients on suitable courses (in collaboration with our Academic Advisor).
- Negotiate payments and follow up with prospective clients.
- Generate new sales and meet targets through re-bookings, referrals, and excellent client relationships.
- Maintain detailed records of communications and transactions.
Requirements
- Fluent in spoken and written English, plus at least one additional language (German, French, or Portuguese preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales (preferably in education, training, or customer service).
- Excellent phone manner, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Confident PC user (Microsoft Office, Internet tools, CRM systems).
- Customer-focused attitude with a positive, problem-solving mindset.
- Team player with a flexible and proactive approach.
- Paid leave: 31 days per year
