Key responsibilities & impact

Carry out mystery evaluation assignments across various sectors and markets.
Observe and assess the on-site customer experience.
Document observations and evaluations according to predefined criteria.
Complete questionnaires for the mystery evaluation assignments performed.
Work closely with the team to discuss findings and possible improvements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years old
Hold a valid car driving license
Interest in market research and mystery visits
Good communication skills and strong powers of observation
Reliability and accuracy in performing tasks
Basic computer skills
Resident of Switzerland
