About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct mystery shopping assignments across various industries and markets
- Observe and evaluate the on-site customer experience
- Document observations and assessments according to the provided criteria
- Complete questionnaires for each completed mystery shopping assignment
- Work closely with the team to discuss findings and identify improvement opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 20 years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Interest in market research and mystery shopping
- Strong communication skills and good powers of observation
- Reliability and accuracy in carrying out tasks
- Basic computer skills
