Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct mystery shopping assignments across various industries and markets
- Observe and evaluate the on-site customer experience
- Document observations and evaluations according to the specified criteria
- Complete questionnaires for the mystery shopping assignments you perform
- Collaborate closely with the team to discuss findings and opportunities for improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 20 years old
- Valid driver's license (car)
- Interest in market research and mystery shopping
- Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail
- Reliability and accuracy when carrying out tasks
- Basic computer skills
