About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conducting mystery shopping assignments across various industries and markets
- Observing and assessing the on-site customer experience
- Documenting observations and evaluations according to specified criteria
- Completing questionnaires about the mystery shopping assignments performed
- Collaborating closely with the team to discuss findings and identify improvement opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 20 years old
- Valid driver's license (car)
- Interest in market research and mystery shopping
- Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail
- Reliability and accuracy in carrying out tasks
- Basic computer skills
