About the role
- Conduct mystery evaluation assignments across different sectors and markets.
- Observe and assess the on-site customer experience.
- Document observations and evaluations according to predefined criteria.
- Complete questionnaires for each mystery evaluation assignment carried out.
- Work closely with the team to discuss findings and potential improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum age 18
- Valid driver's license (car)
- Interest in market research and mystery shopping
- Strong communication skills and keen powers of observation
- Reliable and detail-oriented in task execution
- Basic computer skills
- Resident of Switzerland
