About the role
- Carrying out mystery evaluation assignments across various sectors and markets.
- Observing and assessing the on-site customer experience.
- Documenting observations and evaluations according to predefined criteria.
- Completing questionnaires for the mystery evaluation assignments performed.
- Working closely with the team to discuss findings and potential improvements.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Valid driving license for a car
- Interest in market research and mystery visits
- Good communication skills and strong powers of observation
- Reliability and accuracy in performing tasks
- Basic computer skills
- Resident of Switzerland
