About the role
- Carry out mystery-shopping assignments across different sectors and markets.
- Observe and evaluate the on-site customer experience.
- Document observations and assessments according to predefined criteria.
- Complete questionnaires for the mystery-shopping assignments performed.
- Work closely with the team to discuss findings and possible improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Valid driving licence (car)
- Interest in market research and mystery-shopping visits
- Good communication skills and strong powers of observation
- Reliability and accuracy in task execution
- Basic computer skills
- Resident of Switzerland
