About the role
- Carry out mystery shopping assignments across various sectors and markets.
- Observe and evaluate the on-site customer experience.
- Document observations and assessments according to predefined criteria.
- Complete questionnaires for each completed mystery evaluation assignment.
- Work closely with the team to discuss findings and potential improvements.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Valid car driving licence
- Interest in market research and mystery shopping visits
- Strong communication skills and good powers of observation
- Reliable and accurate in task execution
- Basic computer skills
- Resident in Switzerland
