About the role
- Carry out mystery shopping assignments across various sectors and markets.
- Observe and assess the on-site customer experience.
- Document observations and evaluations according to predefined criteria.
- Complete questionnaires for mystery shopping assignments performed.
- Work closely with the team to discuss findings and potential improvements.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license (car)
- Interest in market research and mystery shopping
- Strong observational skills and good communication abilities
- Reliability and attention to detail in task execution
- Basic computer skills
- Resident of Switzerland
