About the role
- Carry out mystery shopping assignments across various sectors and markets.
- Observe and assess the on-site customer experience.
- Document observations and evaluations according to predefined criteria.
- Complete questionnaires for the mystery shopping assignments you perform.
- Work closely with the team to discuss findings and possible improvements.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold a valid car driving licence
- Interest in market research and mystery shopping
- Strong communication skills and a good eye for observation
- Reliability and accuracy in task execution
- Basic computer skills
- Resident of Switzerland.
