About the role
- Conduct mystery evaluation assignments across various sectors and markets.
- Observe and assess the on-site customer experience.
- Document observations and evaluations according to predefined criteria.
- Complete questionnaires for each mystery evaluation assignment performed.
- Work closely with the team to discuss findings and potential improvements.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Hold a valid driver's license (car).
- Interest in market research and mystery shopping.
- Good communication skills and strong powers of observation.
- Reliability and attention to detail in task execution.
- Basic computer skills.
- Resident of Switzerland.
