About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develops proposal schedules to ensure submission deadlines are met
Manages the process for RFQs, RFPs, standard federal forms, presentations and detailed letters of interest
Strives to produce high quality and competitive responses to all internal and external client requests
Strategizes with technical leaders regarding the pursuit of various proposal opportunities
Develops and grows external relationships that can help strengthen and achieve the firm’s business goals and objectives
Maintains client relationships with architects and solicits these firms to get on project teams
Prepares statements of qualifications for client meetings
Attends internal and external corporate events and industry-specific meetings as appropriate
Performs other duties as requested

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
Graduate degree preferred
10+ years of experience in public relations, events and/or media communication
Effective in the identification and selection process for outside resource relationships
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical and project management background
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities
Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment
