About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with organizing, reviewing, and managing environmental analytical and field data for investigation and remediation projects
  • Support the preparation of tables, figures, and summaries for technical reports, client deliverables, and regulatory submissions
  • Work with enterprise databases and tools such as EarthSoft EQuIS, Excel, and Power BI to identify and resolve data quality issues
  • Coordinate with project teams, laboratories, data validators, and GIS staff to ensure complete and accurate datasets
  • Track and apply regulatory criteria and environmental standards (state and federal) under guidance of senior staff
  • Participate in the development and improvement of data management workflows and internal tools
  • Maintain strong attention to detail while learning industry best practices for environmental data QA/QC
  • Stay current with emerging industry standards and technologies related to environmental data management.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, geology, engineering, data science, computer science, or a related field
  • 0–3 years of experience in environmental data management, environmental consulting, or a related analytical role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Exposure to databases or data tools (EQuIS, SQL, Power BI) is a plus
  • Familiarity with environmental sampling data, laboratory deliverables, or regulatory reporting is a plus.
