About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the identification, evaluation, and execution of M&A, strategic investments, and partnerships to expand our portfolio of land-power-shell assets.
- Work cross-functionally with our data center infrastructure, site selection, strategic finance, and legal teams on deal execution.
- Lead financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence on potential transactions.
- Conduct strategic and financial evaluation of M&A and investment opportunities; communicate findings in business case memos and executive presentations.
- Track industry trends, competitive dynamics, and potential market opportunities to inform corporate development strategy, and keep stakeholders updated on the evolving ecosystem.
- Develop investment theses and market analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that enhance our product offerings, distribution channels, or technology stack.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4-5 years of M&A experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development, with a specific focus on data centers, digital infrastructure, and real estate
- Strong financial modeling, valuation and analytical skills: specifically, experience building real estate development models, merger models, and accretion/dilution analysis
- Strategic thinker with the ability to synthesize market data into actionable insights and drive high-impact decisions.
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities, with experience presenting to executives and external stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing multiple complex projects.
- Deep interest in AI, cloud infrastructure, and emerging technology trends—prior experience in the machine learning or GPU computing space is a strong plus.
