Key responsibilities & impact

Own the end-to-end design, build, and administration of Pigment
Architect and maintain revenue, headcount, OpEx, and cash flow planning models
Design and manage integrations between Pigment and upstream/downstream systems
Build executive dashboards, variance analysis, and scenario modeling capabilities
Establish and enforce controls around model changes, data access, and audit trails
Train and support end users across Finance
Develop and maintain a multi-quarter platform roadmap

What you’ll need

8+ years in EPM/FP&A systems
At least 2+ years of hands-on Pigment implementation and administration experience
Deep proficiency in Pigment's data modeling, formula engine, integration framework, and security model
Working knowledge of SQL, and familiarity with data pipelines (e.g., BigQuery, dbt, Fivetran, Workato)
Strong understanding of FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, revenue planning, headcount modeling, and management reporting
Practical knowledge of SOX requirements as they apply to financial planning systems
Ability to work directly with senior Finance leadership and translate ambiguous requirements into structured, scalable solutions
Hands-on experience leveraging AI/ML tools to enhance financial planning and forecasting workflows
