About the role
- Define and manage pricing models, tiers, feature sets, per-unit costs, and enterprise agreements.
- Own the full billing lifecycle: oversee billing systems, ensure accuracy, resolve disputes, and build infrastructure to support multiple payment methods and customer types (enterprise and self-service).
- Collaborate with finance, sales, and leadership to set revenue targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Partner with outbound PM, marketing, and sales to create GTM plans for new launches and major updates; ensure billing, contracts, and commercial systems are ready to scale.
- Serve as the connective tissue between product, finance, engineering, and operations to ensure smooth execution of cross-functional initiatives.
- Own the capacity logic and systems that govern GPU allocation based on customer segment, product strategy, and financial tradeoffs.
- Act as a bridge between product, engineering, finance, operations, and sales to ensure offerings are commercially sound and scalable.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management, product operations, or program management experience in SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or fintech.
- Proven experience with pricing models, billing systems, or commercial strategy in a B2B setting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable commercial insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Clear, structured communication skills and the ability to drive alignment across diverse teams.
- Comfort switching between high-level strategic thinking and detail-oriented execution.
- Ability and willingness to be present in San Francisco/San Jose/Seattle office 4 days per week (Lambda’s designated work from home day is currently Tuesday).
- (Nice to have) Experience working within a cloud hyperscaler, GPU cloud, or AI infrastructure platform.
- (Nice to have) Familiarity with ERP/CPQ systems, Stripe, Zuora, or other large-scale billing infrastructure.
- (Nice to have) Background in go-to-market planning for complex B2B infrastructure products.
