About the role
- As part of a two-person team, you take responsibility for the site
- You advise prospective customers on‑site and by phone — always with a listening ear for their needs and concerns
- Renting the storage units and the associated administrative tasks are your responsibility
- Support our tenants and assist with questions or concerns
- General administrative duties where you keep an overview
- You work closely with our technical department and ensure our facilities are kept in excellent condition
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or experience in a service‑oriented field (e.g., sales, hospitality, rental, service)
- A service‑oriented attitude and enjoyment of direct customer contact
- An open, communicative and team‑oriented personality
- The ability to remain calm and solution‑focused in challenging situations
- Team spirit, personal responsibility and enjoyment in working together to achieve results
