About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor internal projects and strategic initiatives within the Tax Advisory area
- Organize schedules, deadlines, workflows, and action plans related to the team's deliverables
- Follow up with responsible parties, ensuring deadlines for opinions, reports, and other deliverables are met
- Lead and support alignment meetings, tracking outcomes and decisions
- Prepare minutes, records, and documentation of operational and strategic decisions
- Update management tools and track performance indicators for the area
- Consolidate information and prepare management reports to support leadership decision-making
- Support the implementation and maintenance of agile methodologies and management rituals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Law, Project Management, or related fields
- Experience in project management, schedule tracking, process mapping, and scope and deadline control
- Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, or traditional project management methodologies such as PMBOK
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Trello, Monday, Asana, Jira, or ClickUp
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and ability to manage multiple demands
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings, perform follow-ups, and prepare executive reports
- Analytical, proactive, collaborative profile, and oriented toward continuous improvement
- Must reside in Belo Horizonte or the metropolitan area
