About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor internal projects and strategic initiatives within the Tax Advisory area
  • Organize schedules, deadlines, workflows, and action plans related to the team's deliverables
  • Follow up with responsible parties, ensuring deadlines for opinions, reports, and other deliverables are met
  • Lead and support alignment meetings, tracking outcomes and decisions
  • Prepare minutes, records, and documentation of operational and strategic decisions
  • Update management tools and track performance indicators for the area
  • Consolidate information and prepare management reports to support leadership decision-making
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of agile methodologies and management rituals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Law, Project Management, or related fields
  • Experience in project management, schedule tracking, process mapping, and scope and deadline control
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, or traditional project management methodologies such as PMBOK
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Trello, Monday, Asana, Jira, or ClickUp
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and ability to manage multiple demands
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings, perform follow-ups, and prepare executive reports
  • Analytical, proactive, collaborative profile, and oriented toward continuous improvement
  • Must reside in Belo Horizonte or the metropolitan area
