Job Level

About the role

  • Shop analyses & UX audits: You will analyze e-commerce shops using GA4, heatmaps and session recordings to identify conversion levers.
  • Competitor analyses: You will perform structured competitor assessments focused on UX, positioning, funnel logic and psychological triggers — with clear takeaways for our strategies.
  • Onboarding preparation: You will support the preparation of new client projects, analyze existing data sources, prepare reports and structure initial hypotheses for the roadmap.
  • Research & hypothesis development: You will assist with quantitative and qualitative research processes (analytics, surveys, user flows) and develop evidence-based optimization hypotheses.
  • Wireframing & concept development: You will create UX concepts for PDPs, CLPs, landing pages and checkouts and visualize them in Figma.
  • A/B testing support: You will help create, structure and evaluate A/B tests — from hypothesis to impact analysis.
  • Psychology in e-commerce: You will learn how nudging, choice architecture and behavioral design are applied concretely in online shops.
  • Performance tracking: You will support analysis of conversion rates, funnels, device splits and revenue impact.
  • Project insights & client work: You will gain insight into strategy calls, roadmap planning and collaboration with 7–9-figure brands.

Requirements

  • You are an enrolled student in Design, Media, Business, Psychology, Computer Science or a comparable degree program — or you are interested in completing a voluntary internship.
  • You have a genuine interest in UX, e-commerce and conversion optimization.
  • You think analytically, question assumptions and want to understand why users buy — or don’t.
  • You work in a structured, independent way and take responsibility for your tasks.
  • You are eager to dive deep into data, user behavior and testing systems.
  • Experience with Figma.
Benefits
  • Hybrid work — home office and a modern office in Biberach an der Riß.
  • Direct contact with established e-commerce brands and exciting client projects.
  • Close collaboration with the Managing Director.
  • Steep learning curve: you will gain insights and know-how that go far beyond a typical internship.
  • Young, ambitious team with a clear performance culture.
  • If later hired full-time: possibility of Wellpass as an additional benefit.
