About the role

- Competitor analyses: You will perform structured competitor assessments focused on UX, positioning, funnel logic and psychological triggers — with clear takeaways for our strategies.
- Onboarding preparation: You will support the preparation of new client projects, analyze existing data sources, prepare reports and structure initial hypotheses for the roadmap.
- Research & hypothesis development: You will assist with quantitative and qualitative research processes (analytics, surveys, user flows) and develop evidence-based optimization hypotheses.
- Wireframing & concept development: You will create UX concepts for PDPs, CLPs, landing pages and checkouts and visualize them in Figma.
- A/B testing support: You will help create, structure and evaluate A/B tests — from hypothesis to impact analysis.
- Psychology in e-commerce: You will learn how nudging, choice architecture and behavioral design are applied concretely in online shops.
- Performance tracking: You will support analysis of conversion rates, funnels, device splits and revenue impact.
- Project insights & client work: You will gain insight into strategy calls, roadmap planning and collaboration with 7–9-figure brands.
Requirements
