About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Play a pivotal role in our development team as a Flutter Developer.
Take ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle, from architecture design to deployment.
Define technical guidelines, mentor junior developers, and ensure that apps are built on scalable, efficient, and innovative architectures.
Integrate AI models into new apps through APIs, pushing the boundaries of what products can achieve.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related technical field.
Strong knowledge of Flutter and Dart, with proven experience in building and maintaining mobile apps.
Alternatively, solid experience developing apps with iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or React Native, and a strong motivation to transition into Flutter and master it.
Solid understanding of infrastructure with AWS and/or GCP, including architecture design, deployment, and scalability.
Experience working with and managing diverse architectures, with the ability to evaluate and implement the most suitable approach for each product.
Knowledge of Firebase services (Firestore, Authentication, Storage, Functions) and familiarity with API integrations.
Ability to define and implement coding standards, best practices, and scalable architectures.
High agility and ability to implement changes in the app very quickly, adapting to product needs with speed and precision.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
Eye for detail and a product-first mindset, with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
Self-driven, entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects.
Good level of spoken and written English.
