About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define how design is done in the company.
  • Ownership of the full design lifecycle and create impactful apps from scratch.
  • Deliver at all stages of UI design, from prototypes/mockups to production-ready assets.
  • Own and evolve design systems to ensure scalability and consistency across products.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Development teams to design new features and updates that drive impact in our products.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Art, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related design field.
  • Proven experience as a UX/UI Artist (end-to-end: from discovery to UI execution).
  • Artistic eye for color and composition.
  • Hands-on experience in mobile app design (iOS & Android).
  • Experience participating in apps launched from scratch (ideally with millions of users or strong business impact).
  • Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Mastery of different types of asset creation:
  • - Bitmap assets (images, illustrations, icons)
  • - Vector assets (icons, logos, scalable UI elements)
  • - Hi-fi interactive prototypes
  • - Store assets (app screenshots & videos)
  • - Lottie animations (for micro-interactions)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good level of spoken and written English.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
