About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Primary point of contact for customer orders from receipt to delivery.
- Enter and validate orders while coordinating progress through production stages.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout the process.
- Identify potential issues quickly and take necessary actions to keep operations running smoothly.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Prepress, and Sales teams to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
Requirements
What you’ll need- College diploma (DEC) or equivalent education and experience.
- 3 to 5 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience managing customer accounts and building strong client relationships.
- Bilingual in French and English to support our international customer base.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a strong sense of urgency.
