About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Primary point of contact for customer orders from receipt to delivery.
  • Enter and validate orders while coordinating progress through production stages.
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout the process.
  • Identify potential issues quickly and take necessary actions to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Prepress, and Sales teams to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • College diploma (DEC) or equivalent education and experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience managing customer accounts and building strong client relationships.
  • Bilingual in French and English to support our international customer base.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a strong sense of urgency.
